Biography:

Brandi Locke is a senior team leader at the Colored Conventions Projects where she leads public arts projects with partnering organizations and arts-education communities for the Center for Black Digital Research at Penn State. She is finishing her PhD in English at the University of Delaware on Black women’s African American women’s literary and visual cultural aesthetics in the long nineteenth century.
