#DigBlk’s “Get It PHinisheD!” online write-on-site meets Monday-Friday from 7:30 9:30 EST. “Get It PHinisheD!” is more than a conventional writing group. Our community offers Feedback Fridays so you can pose questions about writing strategies, publication queries, and quandaries, the job market, moving in and out of the Academy, etc. and get them answered by your peers and by academic leaders with celebrated track records supporting the next generation of scholars and cultural workers. Participants rave about these sessions.
No matter your field or your academic rank, we will support your writing and help you navigate the hidden curriculum–or the academic norms and secrets that we’re expected to know without explanation. Come as you are at 7:30 am EST — sleepy-eyed, in your hair bonnet, or already up and eager — and make real headway with your writing and with your professional development too. Everyone is welcome.
