Biography:

Christiana Dillard is a Ph.D. candidate in communication at the University of Pennsylvania, studying affect on religious mobile apps. Since October 2025, she has worked with the Center for Black Digital Research on migrating digital exhibits for the Colored Conventions Project. Christiana has written and edited as a fact-checker and was previously a news writer for the Lew Klein College of Media and Communication at Temple University.
