Biography:
Sabrina Evans is a PhD student in the English and African American and Diaspora Studies Dual Title Program at Pennsylvania State University. Sabrina is a 2020-2021 #DigBlk Scholar for the Center for Black Digital Research. She has served as project manager for Douglass Day 2020, and project manager for the Cooper-Du Bois Mentoring Program in 2020. Her research centers on the intersection of nineteenth-century African American literature, Black print culture, and Black Digital Humanities with a specific focus on Black women’s writing and archives during the nineteenth century.
